My wife and I have been using VM green for about 3 weeks. It has been fantastic. In order to justify the cost, I would like to keep our intake to $50/month (budget is tight for everyone...i know). I've read that the recommended amount is 2 tablespoons. What kind of results are we going to miss out on if we limit to 1 tablespoon/day?

If we're missing out on the benefits is there a way to buy in bulk for couples in order to keep cost more reasonable? I know that you can buy multiple bottles at a lower price, but it's not much of a discount (especially when buying off amazon). If I was single then I would have no problem taking 2 tablespoons/day :). Please email me if this is something that should be discussed off forum...

Thanks for your excellent product!

Dear Sleewok,

As long as those are heaping tablespoons - which is about 12 grams - you and your wife will find excellent benefits.  You will definitely benefit from the product, and will be getting a good nutrient array.  Dr. Sheridan does recommend two tablespoons - and some of our customers actually take only one teaspoon a day.  Back up your plan with an organic, whole food diet with mostly fresh plant-based choices, and you shall do fine.  It might be wise to purchase 3-6 bottles at a time - the discount will be helpful.

Cheers to Your Good Health!
