Subject :Will starting Earth and Green at the same time be too much for my stomache?

My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.  I know it's highly recommended to use both products at the same time, but in terms of actually starting...

I know there can be an adjustment period for both Green and Earth where your bowels go on overdrive.  If this can be the case with each of them, would it be wiser to start with just one and add in the other after a couple weeks?

 

I just recieved my Earth powder in the mail today and will be getting my Green powder on Wednesday.  I thought I'd get the Green first!

Dear Da,

As with all HealthForce products the best thing to do is to start with a small amount of the products and work you way up. That way the body acn adjust to the new foods coming into the body.
