I just started the Level 2 cleanse. I've done other cleanses in the past. I've developed quite a dull headache over the day.I'm on vaca so I can grab a nap.  I'm pretty sure it's normal for some malaise/ headaches on cleanses. I thought  I had read this re this cleans. It may have been on the bottle. Anyone else have this on the cleanse?  Thanks John, NY

For any uncomfortable reaction to HealthForce Nutritionals product we recommend cutting back or temporarily stopping product consumption.  It is normal to need more rest on a healing cleanse, and yet, Dr. Sheridan notes that a head-ache is an unnecessary symptom indicating the cut-back or discontinuing of product.
