Is having intense work out during level 3 cleanseing appropriate and possible ?

I just wanted to know if I should wait for off-season to start level 3 cleansing because

I am competing in tennis and working out very hard.

I've been going 70% raw for six month.

Dear TAKA - It is actually ideal to work out while on the cleanse!  This can double the effectiveness of the work that you are doing.  You will also be well-nourished and could even find that your energy for the game has increased.

It would probably be best if your work-outs are in spans of 1 - 3 hours with rest in between. One possible concern - is that your body will need more rest - some people find a nap in the afternoon a great support for the cleanse.

Perhaps - if you are "game" you could go to bed earlier at night and give your body more sleep time.  This way you will pre-empt your body's possible request for extra rest.
