Topic : Recommendations for Goji Berries?

Michael,

Cannot really recommend a brand on this forum. Suggest you look for organic high quality brand. Would not recommend cheap ones from chinese supermarket as they can be dyed and be high in bacteria.

Topic : Fruits are Acid Forming?

Hi Michael,

From what I have read, it is all in degrees as all foods on digestion create some acid ash. Processed foods and animal foods are acidifying... where as greens are most alkalizing. Fruits are moderately alkalizing but more acid than greens.

It is all about finding balance in your own body.

Topic : Combining Fruit and Grains?

Hi Michael,

There are many thoughs on food combining and grains. I personally add carob, mesquite and sometime a little honey or coconut sugar and that works great for me.

Generally Warrior Food™ and fruit do mix well together in a blended smoothie. It may be that the sprouting and enzyme process with the rice and the separation from the starch make them go well together. I have read that in general the starch is what causes the issue when combined with fruit. Some people feel there is less of an issue when foods are blended.

It is key to listen to your body, if after drinking your smoothie everything feels good then you have created a good combination. I personally do enjoy berries in my Warrior Food™ smoothie.

Topic : Dental Problems ...

Dear Michael

Personally I would increase my amounts of Greens including Vitamineral Green™ to provide more minerals to build my bones. The high amount of mineral like silica in greens like nettle are know to support bone building.

I personally usee essential oils and zeolite to brush my teeth to keep bacteria down.

Philip

I have lots of dental problems and I would like your opinions and those of Jameth's regarding the information on the following page and site.

What protocol would HealthForce recommend to reverse and prevent cavities and decay?

Thank you and may you have a Happy New Year, Michael

Topic : Feedback on MacaForce Vanilla Spice, Vitamin C and Oxygen Supreme 2

Dear Michael,

>>I would like to say that I think the MacaForce could do with less Vanilla. Along with the Vitamin C, it can make your Smoothies pretty >> sickly sweet and on its own if I add more than 1 heaped large teaspoon.

It is the agave that makes it sweet rather than the vanilla. The agave will be removed in the next version coming soon.

>>I have determined that I can use the MacaForce Vanilla Spice, with other products that don't contain Vanilla, but only 1 heaped large >>teaspoon and without adding any of the Vitamin C powder.

Thank you for your feedback. Appreciated! The MacaForce Vanilla is our best seller and there is always room for improvement!

>> Similarly, for the Vitamin C, half of the small teaspoon tends to make my smoothies sickly sweet.

We are working on an alternate version without the maltodextrin. Acerola alone is more tart than sweet which is what most people report on the Truly Natural Vitamin C™

>>However, I can add about a 1/3 of the small teaspoon of the Vitmain C to my Sports Drink and it seems to balance out the sweetness >>of the drink. In a 22oz sports bottle, I put 1.5 servings (150 Cal.) of Hammer Heed and 1 serving (80 Cal.) of Clif Shot Electrolyte.

Interesting

>> How can I use the Oxygen Supreme 2 to enhance sporting/physical performance? Could I add this to my Sports Drink also? If so,

>> how much should I add?

For high performance use I personally would do a dropperful and yes great addition to sports drink because of the elctrolytes.

>> Thank you, Michael

You are very welcome

Topic : poultice for edema in joints & on tendons

hello, I am looking for information about making a poultice for edema in joints & on tendons. the subject is actually a horse, and has the equivalent of edema in the front of the ankles due to an old surgery, (floating cartilage was remved from joint) as well as edema that collects in the tendon area similar to the achiles tendon due to an old splint that popped out of one of the longbones of the lower leg due to the concussive forces of hard footing. he's completely sound and working out daily. I just want to keep this in check. he normally carries a bit of edema in the front of the hind legs, even when not working. the edema in the front leg increases a bit with work, and concerns me more. zeolite? earth?

Topic : Is Vitamineral greens safe for my 5 month old

I have read in another thread that vitamineral greens is safe for children of all ages. I am introducing my 5 month old to solid foods for the first time and was wondering if it would be appropriate to mix a small quantity in with his rice cereal. I just need to hear the answer in regards to my specific situation before i go ahead and do it. I dont see how it could do anything but good, but i need to know for sure. Thank you so much!

Dear Da,

As with all HealthForce products the best thing to do is to start with a small amount of the products and work you way up. That way the body acn adjust to the new foods coming into the body.

Thank you
