Retail NPP or Retail Nutritional Partner Pricing is the HealthForce Everyday Low Price. This is what you pay when you purchase from HealthForce and many of our partners.

Retail prices may vary at different retailers!

We sell our products to practitioners, online stores and health stores. We do not define any of these partners retail prices because different stores have different business models and different markups. For example, a store in a very high rent district· (such as Beverly Hills as an example) may have to charge more than a store elsewhere with a lower rent. Different chains have different policies in this regard. We do offer a shipping credit to stores and as a result many stores get free shipping, but it does not cover all of the cost of shipping outside of Southern California. Just like you pay more for produce sent from distant locations, you may have to pay more for HealthForce products. Internet stores can qualify for the exact same NPP program as other retailers. Internet retailers are often less expensive than physical retail outlets.· This is partly because Internet retailers have significantly less overhead (costs of doing business). Physical store fronts cost much more than warehouses, and also require more qualified higher paid staff.· On the web you will likely have to pay shipping, at the store you don’t, but probably pay tax.· We support both models of sales. Not all retailers are on the NPP program, so ones that are not will be paying more to us, and consequently charging more to you. Please contact us if you want to know if your store is on the NPP program, or would like us to help them get on it.

Our direct retail prices are Nutritional Partner Price (NPP) retail. They are consistent with what we believe is fair and equitable pricing from a Southern California retail establishment.· We encourage stores to model their pricing after this if they choose.· Some will charge somewhat less, others somewhat more, depending on the factors above. Most retailers work on MARGINS, not PROFITS. This is how the industry works.· On some of the larger sized HealthForce products (Vitamineral™ Green and Earth™ for example), we ask the stores to make less MARGIN and more PROFIT than the smaller sizes. Some stores can accommodate this and others can not.

We are deeply compelled to do our part, by providing the best possible prices to you, the end consumer. The NPP retail program is also available through many of our retail partners who choose to participate. They get an on-going 20% discount. We do this for retailers who truly act as our partners by doing the following:

• Are honest and ethical in all their business, and always do what is best for the health of The customer (including recommending a product that is not a HealthForce product, if it applies).
• Ordering a larger minimum dollar quantity.
• Ordering a minimum quantity of different products (usually 12).
• Passing the discount on to you, the consumer.
• Passing on any other promotional discount we may give.
• Listing the regular retail and NPP retail prices and also listing on the shelves as Their version of an “everyday value”.
• Be in open communication with us regarding how to optimize this program for a win-win-win (End Consumer, Retailer and HealthForce).

Because the stores make this commitment to us, this allows us sell to them at these low NPP rates. They order so much more than a regular retailer that the costs of warehousing, invoicing, and shipping go dramatically down for HealthForce. We pass these savings on to them and this allows them to be there to serve you and provide HealthForce products. It is a great system and represents a working partnership to get products and healing to you.

We view and treat the establishments who order from us as true retail partners, and we are extremely grateful to have them.· We support both them and you. We want you to order /· buy from whomever serves you the best.· Sometimes you just want to put a product in your cart and/or need in-person assistance. You can only get this at a physical retailer. Other times, you may just want to shop in the privacy of your own home. You can only do this online.· Either way, if you want the most updated product information and products, you should check in with HealthForce.com regularly.· Getting products approved at most stores involves a lot of red tape, and often a lot of politics, and can subsequently take a long time to get products approved (years sometimes).· HealthForce.com will always be the best source of information about HealthForce products.
