Shipping

*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

 We normally take up to 3-5 business days to ship orders, and due to an unusually high volume of orders at this time, it can take 5-7 business days before your order ships.

As always, all UPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day Air orders will ship SAME DAY. (if placed by 3:30pm PST)

**NOTE: If you choose USPS Priority Mail, it does NOT mean your package will ship faster. The Post Office only picks up here at the warehouse 2-4 times per week, primarily for International orders. USPS Priority Mail has a ship time of 3-5 days, but is not reliable.  Please keep in mind that we are usually unable to track USPS packages from our warehouse. If you have a street address, please consider choosing UPS shipping first.

Orders are not processed during weekends or holidays.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, USPS is Required for those addresses.

For HI, AK, and PR customers, USPS Priority Mail is normally used. **

International orders normally ship via USPS Priority International.

 International shipping charges cover only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government.

Returns

Because we are a manufacturing facility, we can only accept returns on unopened product. There is a 15% restocking fee on all unopened returns and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product intact, to HealthForce. There is no refund for original shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping expenses and any applicable insurance.
